Every estimate is built around actual scope — a small service business might need five pages, while a nonprofit serving multiple audiences might need ten, and the right structure gets figured out together during the strategy session. A few things tend to push a project above the starting rate: more pages than a typical small-business site, added features like booking and scheduling tools or e-commerce, and heavier content needs such as large amounts of copywriting, converting existing documents like newsletters into web pages, or extensive photo curation. The full scope and price are always confirmed before any work begins.
Because I work with one client at a time, the process is efficient. Most projects move from the initial strategy session to launch-ready in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback comes back. Larger or more complex projects, like nonprofit sites with multiple audiences, can run longer — that timeline is always set during the proposal stage.
You’ll work directly with me throughout the project. I’m your strategist, designer, copywriter, and developer, so you’ll always know who to contact and won’t be passed between different departments or project managers.
